Hi everyone glad to be among other smokers. I live in central east Florida on the coast. Been smoking for awhile now have done some cooks for gatherings. I have now a WSM 22.5 a old brinkman electric smoker and of course the gas grill and a char broil infrared fryer. I hope to learn a lot from here and pick a few brains to better my food. Thanks for having me.
