Well, smoked some chicken breasts for about 1.45 hours, then onto the grill for a few.

Moist, smokey, delicious. I don't have a tumbler like Waterinholebrew does but it's definitely on my list now after seeing what he can do with chicken breasts (which are on the menu often in this house.) What a great way to marinade!

Not much here, one picture.

Good times!

Thanks Case. It definitely hit the spot tonight. Problem is, I didn't make enough since my kids decided they liked chicken breasts again. (dinners are so unpredictable!)

One pic is enough . We now know you really did it . . .and it really looked good .

I don't have a Tumbler , but I'm guessing you'll have a great time with it , when you get one . . .

Wow, nice chicken Bryce ! That looks real tasty ! Thumbs Up

Thanks guys. Chicken is a great meat to smoke. Its fast and tastes great. Good change of pace from beef and pork.

That looks awesome and makes me know what I've got to smoke very soon

Great looking chicken Bryce.  Lots of chicken eaten at our house--thighs for Miss Linda and breast for me.  We like either a long marinade or a simple lemon pepper and salt rub.  I have to look into this tumbler and see what it is all about.
