I made a plywood smoker several years ago and it has worked well for me.  Now I've upgraded to a Lang 36" patio.

Just want to say "thank you" to Mr. Lang and his staff.

It's a well built unit that exceeded my expectations.  After cleaning, I took her to 375* and seasoned her for two hours.

Lots of smoke in the future...will keep ya posted.

Thanks everyone!

Kinda excited to try something new, long weekend coming up and plans to do a commissary run early Sat. morning.

Maybe just do some chicken and sides to "practice" .

Will keep ya posted.

Shaggy,

Lang's are very popular, they sell many different sizes and yes the rear wheels are tubed but I think you can get solid rubber.

This model was $1095.00

sescoyote,

The prep table is stable and well made, very nice for keeping things handy.
