I have started this thread by a request.
Last year I successfully grew my own Chilli plants from seed and ended up with an abundance of chilli's, with so many I began to freeze them.
At the end of the season I cut all the branches off the plant with just the stem remaining and then re-potted the plant and left it on my Kitchen window seal over the winter Months.
You don't need to feed them over the winter months.
This is what the Chilli plant looks like today.
With lots of fruits clearly visible.
So don't be throwing your old Chilli plants on the compost heap, give yourself a giant leap forward into next years harvest, but only choose your very best plants to overwinter.
And Good Luck.
