Dang Justin, those are some sweet looking breasts. I should do marinated breasts on my mini. I've brined before, but just didn't like them vs the direct heat from my weber Q. Maybe I'll give the breasts another go.

Looks good.  Hard to believe they took a whole bottle of marinade in 20 minutes.  What is this tumbler thingey??

I know the vacuum containers work good with marinades, I used on with my vacuum sealer then shake them up.         All this talk is gonna get me doing it again.

Thanks Gary, yep tossed them breasts in the tumbler, removed the air & 20 min later they were done.
