Still too hot to bare handle after 2 hours in the cooler.

Lots of dark, awesome, flavorful bark

The bone slipped right out and the meat pulled so easy. These Bear Paws are great and this finishing sauce is fantastic.

And here is the money shot!

You'll have to wait until tomorrow for a plate view (or as Bear calls it, "The Bear View"). Now I have to wrap it up before I "sample" any more.

I use dark brown sugar in my baked beans - usually use B&M brand - also add yellow mustard and some pork or bacon and bake in oven for an hour covered.

Thanks b. No, I only prepared the beans yesterday. All the food I made it is for our after church lunch today. Besides, Dutch's beans are too big for the mini as they sit.
