Anyone know where to find a guide on removing coppa?

Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to remove the coppa from a butt? I've searched but no success as of yet. A video would be best. I think I know the procedure, but want to be certain.

Unfortunately it isn't a video, but here is a picture guide I saw once.  I haven't done any dry cured meats (salami, coppa, etc) but have read this guys blog a lot to try and figure out how to.

Thanks. A little hard to follow but gets me in the right direction. I did find this however. Not a video, but it helps as well.

Thanks, Dave. I found that one as well, however I prefer a 'talkie' to a silent movie.
