Has anyone ever replaced the "clicks on" temp control in their master built smoker? That is what makes it only get up to 275 F, I would like to replace that control with the control from an electric oven so i can go up to 350F. For me it is much more important to cook to temp than by time. does anyone know how to get at that temp control ? Is it behind the inside back and can that be removed ? Anyone know how? I can do the work I just need to know hot to get at it.
