the sausage have been in the smoker for a while now this was the wife and mine's 1st try at making sausage
That is a load of sausage for the first round..... nothing like diving right in I always say!

we think they turned out really well for our first try , they taste great , and yes we used a commercial seasoning , the only thing we would do different next time is use a better stuffer .. which we are planning on buying before our next batch , we also used the
collagen casing and the wife wants to use natural casings next time
