Stuffed one with mushrooms (sautéed in butter, burgandy, a touch of beef base, Rosemary, and sage) and cheddar cheese. The other was stuffed with stuffing and apples. The apples were sautéed in butter and finished with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Started the smoke with hickory and then finished with cherry. Kept it a steady 230*~235* and they finished in about 3 hrs. Enjoy the Q-View.
