Hi there I'm Einstein and just getting into smoking.  I just bought a 30"MES and am ready to fire it up. I live in northern Michigan , am retired and the wife and I have street rods. I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions. After all Einstein didn't know everything. Going to try the 3-2-1 on some ribs tomorrow as my first attempt.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

This forum has been around for over ten years, so there is a good chance that any questions you may have, have already been answered (they may have 10 different answers, but you'll get an instant response non the less).

Welcome to the forum from Lansing Einstein.  And what a great forum it is to learn the art of smoking everything.

We have a yearly get together and I hope you can make it this year.  We also have occasional cheese smokes here or there so if you can join in please do.

Ribs were great for a first timer best of all the wife said they were very good used apple wood great flavor not to strong
