Hi all! Justin here, been grilling four years and am brand new to smoking. I just purchased a "Oklahoma Joe's Highland." That's how i found y'all, searching tips for smoking with that particular unit. I was happy to find some mods and fixes!! Now i just have to compete those and figure the best method to get great meats!

Thank y'all in advance!!
Glad to be here!
