Hi all, name is Jim , I'm in NW Ohio along Lake Erie. I use a small charcoal grill (a weber). Big enough for the two of us. I was happy to find this site  because I never smoke much but several years ago I had some smoke fish that was delicious. I'd like to recreate that taste again . Thanks Jim

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
