Monday Apple Smoked Pork Loin.

Pork loin out of the fridge a little more rub then on to the smoker.

 

 

    

After 4 hours @230* pulled at it of 145*

 

 

 

 

Apple wood smoked pork loin with baked beans and corn on the cob. Very tender and juicy.

Looks great! Anything interesting in the beans? They seem to have a very dark color.

It's the molasses that makes them dark. I use it in my homemade baked been sause and brown sugar.

I did b-one about 2 hours also I add lots of fried bacon and sautéd onions,red,yell and green pepers.I cover with foil for the second hour.
