220F, 2.6lb tri tip on sale for $5.99/lb, sat it my freezer 1 week then thawed in the frig 1 week
SPOG and chili powder rub, hickory smoke
Pulled at 137F IT. No sear
 
Looks great! Super price I would of cleaned them out! I agree if you haven't R/S yet it's great! I'm going to pick up a TriTip when we get our order of Tatonka dust in!
 
I missed the memo on tri tip weekend. Everyone did tri tips. I'm feeling a bit left out :(

Ok everybody I am new to this smoking thing! I have a brinkmann pit master deluxe. Tomorrow I am taking my first adventure. I am smoking 7lbs of pork ribs and a 2.6lb tri tip. What would be a good temp to keep and how long should I smoke. Thank you in advance like I said I am new to this so any tips help!
