Mini meets Massive Picnic

OK, maybe not massive, but it is a big piece of meat for the Mini.

Found a nice 8lb. picnic on sale and had to grab it.

Rubbed with some store bought stuff...really like the Dave's rub.

All wrapped up and ready for an 8 hour nap in the fridge.

On the Mini at 11:30pm last night.

Some yummy, juicy pork goodness this morning...still a ways to go.

Stalled at about 165° right now. More to come...stay tuned.

And it looks like it was well worth it.
