After a really good smoke on some spare ribs, the BOSS brought home some baby backs.
So I`m really jazzed.
Go forth and smoke says she.
No problem, I got this says me.
Because of the limited grill space, I`ll use a Rib Rack I`m thinking.
Long sad story short..they came out dry.
She was not happy.
I was not happy.
No one in the house was happy.
I did the 2-2-1 method I did last time and except for the rack, nothing changed---but the dry ribs.
So, anyone else have trouble using rib racks????
