Nice day here,so I decided to make ribs today instead of tomorrow.

Rubbed with Jeffs rub

These are super meaty ribs 1 1/2" thick

Used a quarter chimney of coal to start

Put ribs in when I had 200* in the mini dropped down 160* and recovered quick

Foiled at the 3 hr. mark brought them in to baste with some BBQ sauce.

Monet shot will be after the Party

Thanks for hanging in there

I am enjoying how well the pot holds the temp, most of the smoke it was locked in at 225* after foiling toward the end it climbed to 250* Thanks for the nice words, ribs will be served at Wed party.

You aren't having any of them until then!?!? I would at least have a bone or two!

I didn't forget been busy.

Money Shots

Yes I Pigged out

Thanks for looking and waiting so long

Tasty looking ribs! Nice smoke!

That's one reason and efficiency is the other reason why the mini is my go to smoker. I liked the 18.5" WSM but it sure uses more fuel than the mini to do the same thing!

Case Thanks for dropping a line of nice words. They are all gone now.

Looks Great  Good Job
