Here's the deal, I've found a 20 year old Cookshack 055 for sale...after talking with the guy, he'll sell it for $275. It looks like it's been used sparingly and the inside looks spotless.  Money isn't the issue, it's a) do I need another cookshack (I have an old 008 model) and  b) is a 20 year old smoker going to last another 10 years for me to get some decent use out of it. Not sure if parts are even still available via cookshack.

I don't really need the extra capacity all the time, but it would be nice around holidays and such.

What would you do SMF?
