Hello forum. So I find myself here in France, learning a new trade in the Kitchen, and I find my self confronted with this large box like smoker. They are common here in the the kitchens. One point to another, and I find myself here to Identify the type of smoker and find the best ways to utilise it.
This is my first true foray into the smoking world, but I hope to find some wonderful suggestions that can help bring some new old flavours back into my life.
