So I decided to smoke this brisket and do some burnt ends. Took outta the package rinsed it and rubbed with a simple rub SPOG ... ( salt pepper onion garlic) cling wrapped and in the fridge over night. Got up early gave a little more rub turned the MES on to 245. Gonna run for about 5 hours there then back heat off to 225 till done.

Wish me luck.

The finished products.
sliced like a hot knife through butter.

Burnt ends didn't quite come out as tender as I like but they are very good..

And the veggies were fabulous
