Short answer, no.  Pork is basically one commercial standard.

Now, how the pork is fed and treated can impact the flavor dramatically.  That's why certain areas of the country, Iowa for example, are known for having great pork.

Pork is not graded with USDA quality grades as it is generally produced from young animals that have been bred and fed to produce more uniformly tender meat. Appearance is an important guide in buying fresh pork. Look for cuts with a relatively small amount of fat over the outside and with meat that is firm and grayish pink in color. For best flavor and tenderness, meat should have a small amount of marbling.

Beings that I'm from Iowa I should know that..

Pork isn't graded like beef, and the stuff in the grocery store is all pretty much the same standard. However, higher end markets and butcher shops often carry heritage breed pork that is of much higher quality. And much higher price[emoji]128516[/emoji]

I'll have to look into that. I don't mind paying more. I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for.

The reason I ask is because my family is gonna do a little cook off. And I want the best

If you can't easily find it locally, I'd look at the snake river farms website. They sell high end pork.
I just found a heritage pork seller that's about 60 miles from where I grew up and 75 from where I currently reside. I'm gonna have to make a trip I'm thinking..
