Trying to mix things up a little bit. I took 1 1/2 lbs ground ham, 1 lb ground pork and made up some ham loaf. I've had it before but it's been a while plus never had it from the smoker.
Did a glaze with mango habanero salsa, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar....mmmm loved it!
Served with fried potatoes cooked in bacon and onions.
