Down South Slaughter LOUISIANA
Hi my name is Brian from Slaughter,Louisiana I am a prison Warden I love to cook and Bbq my rig was built in the prison vo-tech it is made out of a 350.00 gallon propane tank with a smoke box and additional upright smoker on trailer . Low and Slow is the method I like.

Welcome to the board, Brian! It would be cool if the vo-tech students could develop and patent a design, there seems to be a lot of demand. I know of a chilehead who had some pepper cultivation projects at a jail in Florida, but IIRC that program was cut. Still, the guys learned something from it.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and stormy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome to the site, Brian. I know you will enjoy it. There are lots of folks here with tons of knowledge and they are always eager to share it. All you need to do is ask. Besides, who would turn down a prison warden? That smoker sounds like a good one. At least you had complete control over the labor force. Good luck and good smoking. Send pics when you can. Joe
