Beer can chicken after dark!

Well I had to work the late shift and had this chicken thawing (was frozen and thawing in the fridge...took 4 days for it too) so I decided after work tonight we were going to do the smoking. It's only 11 pm and I've worked alot of hours this week so why not kick back have a couple beers while smoking up a beer can chick! Seasoned with lawrys and roasted garlic powder (new at penzeys) and placed in a Christmas present from the future mil with some Batch 19 for the beer...

Will post results!

It's now 115 and completed chicken! Did it at 325 with hickory until it reached 160. The wing fell right off... my favorite part were the giblets that smoked for little over a hour.
