My name is Corey Bourton and i'm just joining the group. I'm a chef here in Niagara on the lake Ontario at a small restaurant  and of course i do bbq. I also have 2 smokers at home one is a straight charcoal burning barrel one and the other is an upgraded master forge propane smoker. I do prefer the propane one to the straight charcoal as i can regulate my temperature better and i can also smoke it alot longer then on the charcoal.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and rainy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome to the forum Corey! Sounds like you've already got some good cooking and smoking chops, but if you ever need help, there's a lot of great people here who are always happy to help! Happy smokin', David.
