Was thinking about trying Sriracha instead of mustard, anyone tried anything similar?
Just looking for something new to try, any suggestions welcome.
I usually use mustard or olive oil, sometimes nothing to stick the rub. Never thought about Sriracha, don't see why it wouldn't work. Hmmm, I love Sriracha, maybe I'll try it on my next wings! If you do it before me, post so we can all see how it turned out! Thanks for the idea, David.
