Good Morning! I am so excited to find this group. I gave my husband an electric masterbuilt smoker for his birthday. We are having a lot of fun learning how to use it. It has turned into a family event the past few weekends, which we are really enjoying. We are from Central Illinois and have four children, 5 grandchildren and 2 dogs. Cora is our older English Setter and that is where my username originated from. Noah is our puppy. We are blessed to have 3 of our kids and 2 grandbabies living close to home. I typically am the one who does the preparation for cooking and my hubby mans the grill and smoker. We are both so excited to see what everyone else is making and learn all your "tricks" and skills.
