Dear all,

I am new to this forum, I signed up as I am quite fascinated about smoking.

Herewith a bit of info about myself:

I am Danish, but currently living in Houston,TX due to work

I starting smoking earlier this year, as I wanted to make pulled pork for my wife's birthday, and have been making both pulled pork and ribs since.

I used a 18inch Weber Smokey Mountain, and has not disappointed me yet :)

I want to learn much more about smoking and have this funny idea that I one day, might open a Texan Smokehouse in Denmark

I am working on this project for my smoker in one side and for storage of accessories etc in the other side:

What I would make sure to try and smoke is following:

- Salmon

- Brisket

- Turkey

- Chicken

Best regards,

Soren Freiesleben
