I am a new Poster here, But I have been lurking for a long time. I'm up here in the great white north (Ontario). In my opinion smoking and curing meat is a dying art, just not on this forum, lol. So I'm trying to keep traditions alive, so I can pass some knowledge onto my kids one day. Just built a new smoker over the winter, I used a 1945 Westinghouse Fridge. A far cry from the cedar box I started out with. I posted a thread in smoker builds with pics if your curious. I Look forward to learning a great deal more from you guys here.
