Giving a lil spritz with apple cider, apple cider vinegar and some finishing sauce.
IT is 181*, I won't spritz to much till it gets closer to final temp, it was more of a chance to peak! I know I know, if your looking your not cooking
Wheww that took awhile! 17 hours! The spray bottle I was using clogged up so I pulled out some homemade bbq sauce and mixed in my version of JJ's Finishing sauce and what was left from the spritz and used it as a mopping sauce. Turned out really good
Pulled it out at an IT of 201, wrapped her up and let her sit. I only let it sit for about an hour, it smelled to good to ignore. Tore it open and went to shredding. So much for the pics of this process, between shredding it and eating it as I went, I just spaced it. But..
