Hi,

My name is Jack, and I'm an avid smoker.   I live in New Lenox Illinois, and am retired, so I have lotsa time for smoking.   I have a Masterbuilt smoker that I use for about 8 months every year.  Favorites to smoke are beef jerkey, turkey breasts, pulled pork, salmon, meat loaf, and beef brisket.
