Another addition to this project is the addition of work surfaces. In keeping with the desire for the smoker to be portable, the tables are all going to be folding and stow-able. Here is the first one. it's a 22" x 36" stainless work area that is usable from both the reverse flow and my vertical warmer/smoker. It folds and stows so that it is no wider than the fenders of the trailer. It also has adjustable legs for uneven areas.

Nice !!!    I'm ready to take delivery anytime !!

Thanks, it's just for me though. When I was designing this thing and surfing online for ideas, I was amazed by how few manufacturers seem to have any substantial work areas on their trailer units. when complete, this thing will have a 42" grill and 2 burner stove also mounted. Each of those areas will also have stow-able work areas. I think when it's complete and everything is folded down I'll have around 24 square feet of work surface on just an 8' trailer.

Stainless hand sink and on demand propane fired hot water heater added today. Still to go is the chicken cooker/grill and 2 burner stove. Both are fabricated and will go on in the coming weeks.
