Standard smoke from what I have been reading.
Started with a simple rub and let it sit for a few hours.
Set smoker at 225 and fired up AMNPS filled with mostly hickory and a little maple maybe 80/20 mix.
Smoked using 2-2-1 and root beer in water pan. When i wrapped them I put some butter, honey and brown sugar in foil, and put ribs meat side down on top of mix. After pulling from the foil I mixed drippings in foil with baby rays regular sauce and basted rib.
I wast very please with finished product. Can't wait to get home and eat the left overs.
