Just joined this morning. I've been smoking on stick burners for years and just recently bought a smoke hollow pro. It's been enjoyable not to have to constantly check temps and feed the fire. I live in Sebastian, Fl. so we don't have to worry about snow or freezing temps which means smoking year round. Looking forward to some great conversations in the future.
