Just had to sneak a peek. The mix of apple and hickory smoke smells so good. I'm going to pull one and make pork burnt ends with the other one using Jeff's method. But they still have a few hours to go. Time to prep the ABT`s

A few more details please.  Location of the AMZNPS, vent position, and chip loader in or out or up or down or ?????  Reason I ask is I've been having trouble keeping my AMZNPS burning in my MES 30.  Thanks in advance.

I have a Gen 2 40 MES.I placed the AMNZPS over the water pan slot on the sloted drip pan placed the water pan under the AMNZPS with no water to catch drippings place a foil tent over the AMNZPS to prevent dipping from getting into AMNZPS.Pulled the chip pan out about 2 inches and the chip loader pulled out almost all the way make sure the 3 holes in the end of the chip loader are not clogged.I was thing of just finding A damper vent to install over the chip loader. I also left the top vent almost wide open. Hope this helps sorry for any typos I'm on my phone.
