Beer can chicken kick some butt!

Slow smoked back ribs, 6 hours for these bad boys.
My setup for any and everything I cook, works well for me..

It's a Napoleon Rodeo and has a cast iron hinged.
It works well.

It's a good little grill but had to do a few modifications to get a proper seal on it.
Not the grill I would have bought, my wife gave it to me for Father's Day last year.
I'm happy with it.

What modifications did you  need to do?

 

I just picked up this grill...how does it compare to the Weber Kettle?
