Hello all,

My name is Kevin and I live in Toledo, Ohio.  Excited to be a part of this community and learn learn learn.  I hope to be smoking a boston butt tonight!  I will be using my new Masterbilt 30" electric smoker.

well now....welcome to the fray. A good choice for the first smoke with butts being very forgiving. I assume you are smoking for tomorrow nights dinner, allowing yourself plenty of time....well done. Don't forget to take some pics and post 'em up....have fun.....Willie
