Venison stuffed burgers w/Q view

I had 2 lbs of thawed deer I needed to use so this is what I did

2 lbs ground deer

Montreal steak seasoning

Colby Jack for stuffing

Oak pellets in amnps/mes 30

275F 1H 20min

Did you finish them on a grill or cook the whole time on the MES? I love venison burgers and these sound great.

In fact I haven't used a grill since my x wife took all the propane bottles I had for the grill when she left.
