Yeah I think I'll crank up the wood and salt just a bit next time.

I have chicken, ribs and butts down pretty good but the brisket not so much.

Next time will be improved though.

Have a good Sunday

Brisket is a little tougher, hand in there you'll get it just the way you like it.  I've had briskets that I didn't think turned out to great, It happens

You too. It is feeling a bit like winter here today. I just started up the Weber myself for a little boneless Butt 3 pounds 4 ounces. Hacked to pieces by an overzealous meat cutter. Hopefully be done in time for the sox game but I'm not counting on it. Spent too much time on here this morning instead of getting it going. lol

Lol...I hear ya. 3 lb'er shouldn't take too long. I tried to do ribs today to redeem myself but everyone in my family is meated out! They all said no.

Sox looking good. Sounders day for this house. We don't do much baseball. Used to be hawks and sonics exclusively but that's changed now that they're in OKC

I think so too. I'll keep trying. Even this smoke will help me for the next brisket

The more you get under your belt, the easier it gets.  Main thing Don't over think it, keep it simple.
