Hey All, I thought I would share my dinner with you, because I'm nice like that.
I used Chef JimmyJ's brine and soaked it for 4 hours (didn't get a pic... sorry.
I used my own rub, a lil of this n a lil of that
Warmed up the smoker and threw in the loin
Used hickory and apple (believe it or not there was smoke)
Pulled it out at 146* and wrapped in foil for half an hour
