Just tossed this in the smoker will give it the r/s treatment! Simple seasoning of salt,pepper,garlic and dehydrated onion. Smoke from the great combo of cherry and pecan.

Thanks everybody! It took the smoke really well it got to 102*F IT then I shut the coals down and let it sit in the smoker as the gasser was warming up it ran out of gas,luckily I had a back up, cranked up the gasser again got to 550- 600 seared for 30 flip 4 times and we finally got to eat. I only wish they weren't so expensive these days paid $8.99 or 9.99 lb I wasn't paying to much attention was just glad they had some in the back.

Now I'm not sure there's a better way to finish off a great meal!

Nothing like the wife's homemade cheesecake!!!:biggrin:
