I'm upgrading my smoker using a "True" brand commercial grade freezer. 56"x79x30. I'm planning on a duel purpose hot/cold smoker. The cold part is worked out. I'm working on having a steel fire box build that will be placed under the fridge with holes cut in the top and floor. The area I have to build the box is 50x27x12. I'm thinking I only need to build the box to fit under half the fridge. 23x19x12.
Any thoughts, suggestion, advice?
