Hey there everyone, my name is Michael Myers I'm from a small town in Michigan. I was born and raised on home cooking and the love for smoked meat haha, true story. I'm a big hunter and like to try new things with my Game and the best way is to bring the smoke. I hope I can learn as well as teach some different types of recipes. I can't wait to start reading. Happy smoking

Welcome to the forum from Lansing Michael.  And what a great forum it is to learn the art of smoking everything.
