Easter spare ribs.

First post. Been reading this site for a few days now and have soaked up a bunch of info. Awesome site. My dad brought his cabelas smoker to my house this morning and I put the ribs on at 9am. I used daves famous rib rub as I didn't have time to make my own. This is my first rib smoke on his smoker but I have smoked ribs on my gas grill a few times with some success.

I rubbed some olive oil on them and put the rub on last night and let set in the fridge until this morning. I'm using hickory chips, no foil and spritzing with apple sauce.

Any tips for a newb? I will post some pics here soon. Looking forward to getting to know y'all as I think I found a new home here. Thanks.
