I got scared! I left them in the foil for 2 hours 20 min. Whoops! I hurried and took them out the foil and got them back on. Turned the vents off and glazed with a tiny bit of jack d bbq sauce.
Surprisingly the thicker end had some pull, but the thinner end was fall off the bone. Actually the smallest end bone fell threw the grate and is on the minis diffuser plate.:biggrin
The ribs were very reddish looking to the eye, like the second pic.

Yep the most ni is one fuel efficeient smoker. Make yourself a charcoal basket and you'll gain more efficiency! Then after a cook and then mags have cooled down shake the ash out of the basket, dump what little is in the base, add new briquettes to the old and start a new smoke.
