I'm new here obviously but have been pouring over info as a guest for some time.
Well, with the weather warming up I decided to pick up a new (but cheap) smoker! INTRODUCING... the master built pro!!
It'll work for the time being. Also did up m first racks of ribs on it!
Didn't turn out half bad for a new smoker that I am still learning and that doesn't hold temp worth a ___ but it will improve!
