Hello, I've been smoking for 5 or 6 years now. After trying a few cheap side box smokers I moved to a UDS 3 years ago. For me the UDS really helped with the learning curve because it allowed me to hold a constant temp without much effort. Hoping to move to Yoder Durango at some point. Looking to learn as much as I can from some folks with more experience.

Hey I was in Lawton for a while! Love Oklahoma man. Pecan wood everywhere! I would smoke year round out there. I moved back home to California, but I have family all over Oklahoma. My grandfather being my favorite and my inspiration for smoking.
