Meatloaf in the Cookshack @250* with Hickory and Cherry.

I'll baste after the first hour. Will smoke for about 3.5 hours to get to 165*

This is an instant favorite of anyone that tastes it!

Looks great! Nice pics, love the idea of freezing individually. Problem in my house is-there's usually not much left after dinner! I guess that's why you did two! Thanks for posting, David.
