Greetings from the Hudson Valley

Thread Starter

Hello All:  I'm Eric, and I spend most of my time in New York's Hudson Valley, but occasionally manage to escape to Durango, Colorado.  Longtime charcoal griller on a Weber, and recently became addicted to smoked meats with a Smokin-It electric smoker.  Chicken, pulled pork, ribs... It's all Good!  Looking forward to its becoming even Better.

Welcome Eric! welcome.gif
If you like grilling on a Weber, you should check out BDSkelly's post on building a mini WSM http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/178390/bdskelly-step-by-step-on-building-a-mini-weber-smokey-mountain-mwsm
I copied his build, for the most part. They are easy and inexpensive.
